MURFREESBORO, TN—First Community Mortgage announced today it will be the Presenting Sponsor for the annual Davis House Golf Tournament, held on September 12, 2016 at Westhaven Golf Club in Franklin, TN.
The Davis House Child Advocacy Center helps combat child abuse in four local Middle Tennessee counties. The DHCAC promotes education to assist with preventing child abuse.
“This is a great program to be involved with seeing how one of our main priorities here at FCM is to help families feel comfortable and confident using FCM as their mortgage lender,” said Andy Voyles, Executive Vice President/ Director of Lending of First Community Mortgage. “One of FCM’s major roles is to be a great community advocate, we’re thankful to have our name associated with DHCAC this year.”
The DHCAC was formerly known as the Williamson County Child Advocacy Center Task Force established by Ronald L. Davis, the District Attorney General for the 21st Judicial District. It was started so abused children had a safe environment to tell their stories and receive help along the way. In 2010 it became an accredited member of the National Children’s Alliance.
