MURFREESBORO, TN — First Community Mortgage announced today a new office location has opened in Rome, GA.
The new Rome, GA office will fit well within the area through FCM’s product mix and most importantly guiding borrowers through a detailed and efficient process with the end result of closing loans on time.
“This in turn will produce the type of volume that makes our company strong and vibrant,” said Mark Jones, the Regional VP of the Southeast, Atlanta area. “As a regional manager I have been associated with this market for many years.”
Jones discussed the strong marketing growth in Rome was one of the reasons FCM chose to open an office there. “The choice really to go to Rome was not only the steady market that fit the FCM profile, but Bruce Epperson being the right fit for us and for him.”
Experienced Loan Originator, Bruce Epperson, will be a ‘mainstay’ in the new office. “Bruce is a great fit for FCM because his business nature perfectly matches what we offer as a company including company culture of doing things right with a highly experienced operations team.”
The growing Hispanic market in this area will be a strong focus for the new Rome office. Jones explained his exceptional marketing plan will help FCM in this specific region. “The market and the product mix matches so well with everything FCM has been successful with to date,” said Jones. “It should prove to be a ‘high value’ FCM Office.”
